This is drama, but refined. A dhupchao (two-tone) black and red handwoven khadi cotton that shifts with light and movement, giving you depth without any print or surface work. It’s plain, but not basic, the bicolour weaving does all the heavy lifting. At 84/84 thread count, it’s breathable and wearable, with enough structure to tailor sharp. Think statement shirts, kurtas, dresses, co-ords, and even contemporary drapes where you want colour that feels rich and intentional. And because it’s handwoven, the colour interplay isn’t flat like mill fabric, it has a living finish that looks better the closer you get. Crafted at roughly 4 meters per 8-hour artisan shift. And a detail we take seriously: this fabric is woven from start to finish by the same artisan. That continuity is why the weave feels cohesive and why the final cloth has a certain integrity you can’t replicate in segmented production.
